  • If you need to further narrow the set of results, click MORE OPTIONS in the top right of the window. This gives you several ways to search for a group of customers.
  • Search for a customer:
  • Select search and enter the customer's name in the search field. You can start with the first name and then the last name, or vice versa. YourShop searches and displays choices as you type in the name. Click on the customer's name, as soon as it matches, then press [ List Customers ].
  • Search for a group of customers:
  • Select the first letter of the customer's last name, then press [ List Customers ]. After enabling MORE OPTIONS, you can change to index by the first name.
