Saferpay is a PSP (Payment Service Provider)
Open an account at www.Saferpay.com
Saferpay will provide you with access to their BackOffice.
Fill the Saferpay provided parameters Username, Password, Customer ID, & Terminal ID into the YourShop BackOffice.
Then click all the logos for which you will take payment at Saferpay. The YourShop FrontStore shows these logos.
While still at the YourShop BackOffice, specify the currencies you handle at Saferpay and specify the primary currency. YourShop takes the primary currency if one of your shop currencies is not supported at Saferpay.
Note: You must not set the Testmode after you have introduced your production parameters.
Note: Authentication is required for liability shift
Choose Yes for highest security, because for No, you are liable.
In some cases, it can be, that the card holders bank grants the LiabilityShift. For example, some banks only require one 3D Secure every 24 hours and the others will be approved, in order to speed up the payment process. The LiabilityShift is still granted, however high risk businesses (Jewellery, Electronics) may want to stick to the highest level of security. It is your (The merchant) decision, if you want to accept these transactions, or if you want a full authentication.
Finally click [Save] and you are ready to accept payments via Saferpay.
